The lacing allows for a little bit of sex appeal or you can throw a cami on under it to keep it more work appropriate. I am 5'7 and it hits me about an inch or two below my knee. My favorite part besides the color is that is flows so amazingly over my stomach without accentuating anything. New favorite thing!
