Exactly As Advertised
This is exactly as pictured and advertised: It's a nice, thick, soft sweater material that has distressed edges on the sleeves and waist/hem, and it's a cropped sweater. It's definitely a high crop (which I love and wanted), so if you want it lower, definitely size up. But it's exactly what it says on the tin, so to speak. lol It feels soft and plenty warm, but if you want to layer it with a small tank underneath (because of the high crop), I think that would be fine. I might do that if it's particularly chilly out. It's so far survived one hand wash/gentle cycle in the washing machine and it dried pretty well laid flat.

Exactly as Described
This sweater is exactly as described! Sometimes I worry about cropped items not really being that cropped but this is perfect. I can't wait for the weather to cool down enough to wear this. It's going to be a staple in my wardrobe this fall and winter!

Cropped sweater
Was excited to get this because I live for anything I can find that's alt looking or distressed in my size.
The material is soft and feels good quality.
But just like the other reviewers were saying, it is definitely on the shorter cropped side. I'm usually a size 3/4 in things and I bought this in a 3 because I was afraid it would be too long (like Torrid's cropped tops normally it), but it's not the case with this sweater. It's not to bad when my arms are down, but the second I lift them you'd be seeing under boob for sure 😅 I'll have to exchange it for a bigger size. My only complaint would be that the distress is a little on the minimal side, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Neither Love Nor Hate
Ehhh, I wanted to love this more than I did. The sweater is soft and well made for being distressed, in fact, it's very heavy sweater fabric. I just didn't like the way it looked on me and I found it to be more cropped than pictured. I also figured that due to the weight of the fabric, it would roll with the unfinished hem and grow in the wash. I would recommend sizing up for a looser fit. I will be sending back.

Almost Loved It
I like the crop sweater and how cozy it is; however, I don't like how it's distressed. I would prefer if it didn't have rips/tears in it. I hope Torrid makes a crop sweater without the distressed look. I would have loved to have worn it with the faux leather leggings the model is wearing.

Just Meh
Beautiful distressed sweater. This sweater is soft and beautiful, I love the distressed look. However this sweater is short short. I ordereded my normal 00 size and it came to just under my chest, I returned it and ordered a size 1, it's still super cropped. I will keep but I will wear it in layers. I wish it was a bit longer.

Extremely cropped
This sweater is adorable and a nice thick sweater material, however, it is way too short for me to ever wear. I have several cropped sweaters from torrid and this is several inches shorter than anything else I own. I sized up two sizes and still can't wear it.
