Must buy pullover
I bought this cute pullover sweater a few weeks ago and have wore it every chance I get. It is the perfect late winter/spring sweater- gives just enough warmth but still very breathable to not get too warm or hot.

Adorable sweater
I am so happy that I found this light sweater. I am one of those people who have to wear a sweater in the summer, and I needed something lightweight and black. It is very pretty, I love the ribbing on the neck, sleeves, and bottom. It hangs just like it does in the photo (even on bigger people.) I am between a 4 and a 5, but knowing that the drop shoulder style tends to be generously sized, I went with the 4 and it fits very well with room to spare. It's very cute and comfy, but I would not wear it in the forest or around kids/pets because it will snag.

Love it
This is a super cute sweater and a great transitional piece. Can wear now on a warmer day with the jeans, and will also be perfect for over bathing suits in the summer. The lantana color is beautiful, and the length is just right!

Not great....
The pictures show a pretty accurate depiction of the fit. Only problem is it "snugs" the bra and any other body areas you might not want emphasized. I purchased phantom which is a very pretty dark gray color. I ordered two, one arrived with snags already on the front part of the sweater, the other a size 2 just didn't fit right. I love the open knits for spring and summer wear. Sadly these were returned.

It’s Acrylic Not Rayon!
In a shocking turn of events, Torrid misrepresents the fabric content once again. It is 60% cotton (yay!) and 40% acrylic (booo!). It is NOT 40% rayon as it claims. Acrylic is for fingernails, not clothing for humans!
The sweater is adorable and almost long enough to cover my less favorable assets. I would buy it in a heartbeat if it were 100% cotton or cotton/rayon.

Missed the mark by a mile
When I saw this sweater, I was ecstatic as it looked like they were finally reviving my favorite sweater from about 11-ish years ago, which I've held onto faithfully all this time. However, as soon as this arrived, I was crushed by how poor the quality is; it is a mockery of the original.
Major points of contention:
- "Phantom" is not black like the original or as it appears on the site: it is a dark grey.
- TORRID HAS YET AGAIN LIED ABOUT FIBER CONTENT. The site claims this new sweater is 60% cotton/40% rayon. The original is 61% cotton/39% rayon. The ACTUAL new sweater is 60% cotton/40% ACRYLIC, so buyer beware of this microplastic-creating trash.
- The weave is significantly more open than the original.
- The shoulder seams are halfway down my biceps?? I have huge shoulders too, so this raises several questions.
- The sleeves are incredibly short, like to an unusable level. The original sleeves were not cropped like this, as you can see in the photos.
It's honestly so disappointing that Torrid keeps thinking they can cut corners and their core customer base won't notice or care. I've been shopping here since 2002 and at this point I'm fixing to pay off my Torrid card, cancel it, and either shop elsewhere or make more of my own clothes. If I wanted to wear ill-fitting, cheap plastic trash, I'd pay 50 cents for a Hefty bag, not $50 for this sweater.

Cute, but quality concern
Loved the length and the style, but there were two areas in the front with messed up stitching...made it look like it had two larger holes. I guess it was a quality issue...
