Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very wearable! Soft gorgeous color! Bought both dresses! I felt the front is a bit high plus of wind is blowing so will tack with couple small stitches! I am 5'++2" and with a slight heel of 2--1/2" inch the length works . To dress up the black one I may try a torrid belt . To change look of the purple same . Love at first sight! Wear a short cream or white sweater jacket from torrid also from the chic line. Appreciate I can mix items from all the lines!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute but short Super cute, love the lavender. But if you are tall like me it's hardly a maxi length. The bottom hits about mid calf and the slit is as high as my crotch. So I will have to find some matching bike shorts before I wear it outside.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from High slit but fits nicely The slit starts at the same horizontal line as my va-jaa-jaa.. but that's nothing a few stitches won't fix... The seem on the empire waste is also sewn crooked but I was planning on wearing a belt with this anyway. Due to those issues I gave 3 stars as otherwise it fits my pear shape and C-cups really nicely. For reference I'm 5'9 with 34" inseam. I got a 2 in this based on reviews even though I'm usually a 1 in dresses (2 in pants and blouses and 0 or 1 in tanks).

Even though it shows it pretty high on the model, since I don't know how tall she is or the height of her heels, I still decided to take a chance. Well, unfortunately, the dress is going back! I don't even think this would've been fixable if I were to pull a needle and thread out as it would then adjust the entire dress.

The slit is about 3 inches above my knee, and as the previous review stated, the lining is static clingy and I could never wear tights with this dress. I'm usually an XL in dresses and I got a 1x, which fit TTS. I've bought 2 dresses from torrid, and both have empire seams right under your bust which always make me look pregnant. This dress is definitely not slimming. Not worth the $ in shipping to return, but I'll probably never wear it:(
