WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to return your items within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip by either mailing it back to us or by going to your local Torrid store. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
In-Store Returns: Bring your store receipt or show your order or shipping confirmation email to your local store and a sales associate will help you process your return.
Returns By Mail: Click here to start your online return process. Torrid must receive all returns and exchanges, including the replacement of missing or damaged items, within 60 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt. Please note, we are unable to receive store purchases by mail. Click here to view our full returns/exchange policy.
IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CREDIT?
We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns. The purchase amount will be restored to your original form of payment anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy. If you paid for your purchase with a Torrid gift card, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be placed back on the original gift card used for purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
WILL I BE CHARGED A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
By using our shipping portal to initiate your return, we will deduct $6.00 from your total return amount.
Domestic Torrid Rewards VIP Members: Domestic VIP members from within the 48 contiguous states get free returns on any orders shipped to and being returned from the 48 contiguous states. You must be a current VIP-level Torrid Rewards member and must be returning an order originally placed while having VIP status.
International Torrid Rewards VIP Members: International VIP members including domestic customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories are responsible for all return shipping charges but will receive a partial shipping rebate in the form of a loyalty reward.
