What is Torrid Rewards?
Torrid Rewards is our exciting new rewards program you’ll fit right into. There are no sign-up or membership fees, and your membership is valid in all Torrid stores as well as online at Torrid.com.
If I was a Torrid Insider, do I need to enroll again in Torrid Rewards?
Nope! All Torrid Insider members are automatically members of Torrid Rewards, and any points and rewards you had in the old program are right where you left them.
What happens to my points from the Torrid Insider program?
We kept your points right where you left them! From day 1 of your new program, your points balance from Torrid Insider is now working to earn you $10, $15, or $20 rewards.
What happens to the rewards I earned during the Torrid Insider program?
Any rewards you earned during the Torrid Insider program will still be in your account and will be valid through their stated expiration date—no changes there. Use them online, in stores, or on our mobile app to get some clothes on us!
I was a Torrid Insider Platinum member. What is my status now?
Torrid Rewards is our new loyalty program with brand new tiers. In this new program, members in the Loyalist tier will get many of the best perks of Platinum status—free standard shipping, more rewards, and a private customer service line—plus brand new benefits, like Torrid Cash loaded right to your account and extra point earning opportunities.
If you were a Platinum member before, good news: you’re automatically a Loyalist for the rest of 2019! After that, you’ll requalify for Loyalist status after spending $500 each year.
We’ve also added a brand new tier: VIP, with our biggest rewards ever and even more shipping benefits.
What are the benefits of being a Torrid Rewards member?
As a Torrid Rewards member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and receive a reward every time you reach 250 points. Depending on your tier, your rewards will be worth $10, $15, or $20. Plus, you can earn points through a variety of other activities, like clicking on our daily email and writing product reviews. As you level up, you’ll unlock even more perks, like free standard shipping and even free returns for all purchases made online that ship to the 48 contiguous states.
How do I join?
If you were a member of the Torrid Insider loyalty program, you’re automatically a member of Torrid Rewards! If you need to create a new account, please see an associate at a Torrid store or enroll online at www.torrid.com/rewards.
How do I earn points?
To make sure you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, provide your Torrid Rewards number, email or phone number to a Torrid associate at in-store checkout, or login to your account at online checkout.
How many points do I need to earn a reward?
Every 250 points will earn you a $10, $15, or $20 reward.
How long will it take for my points to show up in my account?
Points can take up to 7 days to show in your account.
Do points ever expire?
Yes. If no purchases are made on your account for 13 consecutive months, your points will expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you make a return, points will be deducted from your account. 1 point will be deducted for every $1 you return.
What happens if my current point balance is less than the amount of points deducted for a return?
If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance.
How can I track my points and rewards?
You can track your points by accessing your online account at www.torrid.com/rewards.
What should I do if my points or rewards are not showing on my online account?
Points usually post within 48 to 72 hours but can take up to 7 days. For online purchases, points do not post until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged. If you have any other questions or concerns, please call our customer service department at:

How do I earn a reward?
Every $1 you spend will earn you 1 point; and for every 250 points earned, you will receive a $10, $15, or $20 reward.
How long will it take for my rewards to show up in my account?
Once you reach 250 points, a reward will be issued immediately. But please remember that it can take up to 7 days for points to show in your account.
How long are rewards valid?
Rewards are valid for 45 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
How do I use a reward?
At online checkout or on the app checkout screen, select each reward you’d like to redeem by clicking “apply” next to the reward (you can redeem up to 10 at a time online). In stores, ask an associate to apply your rewards to your purchase.
I have more than one reward; can I use more than one at a time?
Yes. In store you can use as many rewards as you want; online you can use a maximum of 10 rewards in one transaction.
How will I receive my rewards?
Your rewards will automatically be added to your Torrid Rewards account once you have reached 250 points or more.
Are there any exclusions when using or redeeming a reward?
Yes. Rewards cannot be used for gift cards, prior purchases, shipping, handling, taxes or donations. Also, if you do not use your entire reward, you will forfeit the rest of the reward.
Example: if your total purchase is $16.00 and you want to use two $10 rewards to pay for it, you will forfeit the remaining $4.00 of your $10 reward. Unfortunately, rewards not used in entirety will not be given back as cash.
What happens to my reward if I make a return?
Rewards cannot be returned. We will refund the amount you paid for the transaction, but you will not get your reward back.
What are the benefits of being a Torrid Rewards Loyalist member?
As a Torrid Rewards Loyalist member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and receive a $15 reward for every 250 points. Plus, you will get free standard shipping online for all purchases made in the 48 contiguous states. For Torrid Rewards Loyalist members who live in Hawaii or Alaska or internationally, you will get 50% off your shipping costs. Finally, you’ll get access to our dedicated Loyalist customer service line.
How do I become a Torrid Rewards Loyalist member?
Once you spend at least $500 on qualifying purchases within a 12 month period, you will automatically become a Torrid Rewards Loyalist member for 12 months. After that time, you must continue to spend $500 every 12 months to maintain your Loyalist Status.
What happened to Haute Cash?
Torrid Cash is the new Haute Cash! Haute Cash was very popular, but the paper coupons weren’t—they’d get lost, codes were hard to type in, and it was hard to tell how much you’d earned. We heard you, and we’ve made Haute Cash a fully digital experience under the new name Torrid Cash. Just like before, you get a $25 off $50 coupon for every $50 you spend during the earning window, but you’ll never have to hold on to a paper coupon again: all Torrid Cash coupons will automatically appear in your Torrid Rewards loyalty account.
When it’s time to redeem them, you can select them yourself at checkout on our site or app, or go into a store where they’ll be waiting at the register for a store associate to apply to your order (just like a reward!). Plus, keep an eye out for chances to earn bonus Torrid Cash coupons. It’s everything you loved about Haute Cash but easier than ever before!
What are the benefits of being a Torrid Rewards VIP member?
As a Torrid Rewards VIP member, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and receive a $20 reward for every 250 points. Plus, you will get free standard shipping online for all purchases made in the 48 contiguous states. For Torrid Rewards VIP members that live in Hawaii or Alaska or internationally, you will get 50% off your shipping costs. You will also get free return shipping on orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Orders returned from outside this region as well as returns via mail of “Buy Online, Pick Up in Store” orders will receive a partial refund in the form of a loyalty reward. Finally, you’ll get access to our dedicated VIP customer service line.
How do I become a Torrid Rewards VIP member?
Once you spend at least $1000 on qualifying purchases within a 12 month period, you will automatically become a Torrid Rewards VIP member for 12 months. After that time, you must continue to spend $1000 every 12 months to maintain your VIP Status.
How do I get a Torrid Credit Card?
First you must sign up for a Torrid Rewards account by visiting us at www.torrid.com/rewards or by seeing an associate at a Torrid store. (It’s free to join!) Then you can apply for a Torrid Credit Card either in-store or online. Torrid Credit Cards are subject to credit approval.
Do Torrid Credit Card members earn points differently?
No. You will still earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
Do Torrid Credit Card members earn rewards differently?
No. You will still earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and a $10, $15, or $20 reward for every 250 points you earn.
