If an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time, but we may be able to find out if it's coming back in. Just click here and select "General Product Questions" from the E-mail options. Include the item name, description and SKU number, if you have it. We'll find out if and when it's coming back in!
Does the website sell the same merchandise as the stores?
No. Due to space constraints, not every item online is available for purchase in our stores. Torrid.com frequently offers items exclusive to our Internet store.
