TORRID Rewards Shipping Benefits
As a member of the Torrid Rewards loyalty program, you may be eligible
to receive free or discounted shipping depending on your tier status.
Customers who reach the Loyalist or VIP tiers will receive free standard
shipping on all orders delivered to the 48 contiguous US states
(excluding the purchase of physical gift cards), as well as 50% off
shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Customers who reach the VIP tier will also receive the opportunity to
return any orders shipped to and being returned from the 48 contiguous
US states at no additional charge. In order to receive this benefit, a
customer must be a current VIP-level Torrid Rewards member and must be
returning an order originally placed while the customer had VIP status.
VIP members must use the return shipping label included with the
original order in order to have return shipping charges waived, and all
items being returned must be included in a single shipment. When items
are received satisfactorily, the full value paid for the items returned
will be refunded to the customer without any shipping charged deducted.
VIP customers who will be returning an order from outside of the 48
contiguous US states (Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO/FPO
addresses, or international locations) will not receive a shipping label
and are responsible for arranging their own shipping to return items to
Torrid. When a return shipment from a VIP customer in one of the
territories noted above is received satisfactorily, a rebate in the form
of a loyalty reward will automatically be issued to the customer’s
Torrid Rewards account and will be valid for 45 days. Limit one rebate per eligible order. All standard terms
and conditions for the Torrid Rewards program will apply to this
additional reward.

Loyalist and VIP customers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories,
APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations will receive 50% off
the standard shipping price.

VIP customers making returns from Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories,
APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations will receive a partial
shipping rebate in the form of a loyalty reward. Limit one rebate per
eligible order.
**Excludes the purchase of physical gift cards, but e-Gift cards are
electronically delivered at no cost.
Can I pick up orders at my local store?
Yes. You can pick up online orders directly at your local Torrid store.
And the best part about it is it's free (we love that word). Plus, when
you go to pick up your order in the store, you can try your purchases on
to be sure you love them before you take them home.
Here's how it works: shop Torrid.com or the Torrid App, select "Pick Up
In Store" during checkout, select your preferred store, and complete
checkout. You'll get an email confirmation of your purchase with
instructions on when to pick up your order. Pick Up orders are typically
available for same day pick up. For orders that are shipped to the
store, the shipment arrives in up to 14 business days (up to 21 business
days in AK/PR).
For orders shipped to the store, if you haven't heard from us after 14
days, please call customer service at 1.866.867.7431 and let us know.
Currently, our ship to store option is not available at any of our
Canada locations.
Where does Torrid ship?
Torrid.com ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries. For information on shipping to APO/FPO addresses or on International shipping, click here
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Freight Forwarders?
Yes. Please note that Express and Overnight Shipping options are not available for P.O. Box and Freight Forwarding destinations.
Will I be charged shipping if I only purchase a gift card?
Yes. Guest and Insider orders will be charged the $8 shipping fee for
standard ground shipping on physical Gift Card purchases. Loyalist and
VIPs will be charged $0 as part of their free US Standard shipping
benefit. All physical gift card orders going to U.S addresses are
shipped via ground delivery. Electronic delivery of e-Gift cards is also
available as an option for all customers with no additional fees.
Please note: All gift card orders are shipped via Standard Shipping. If
you'd like your gift cards sent with faster shipping, there will be an
additional fee.
I haven't received my item. Who should I contact?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still think your order is missing, the Torrid.com Customer Service team is available by phone at 1-866-867-7431.
Why doesn't the FedEx or USPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time of shipping initiation. Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically delivered via US Postal Service and can be tracked on UPS.com.
How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
All order communication is done via email, so it's important that your email address is accurate and current.
