If you prefer, one of our Torrid Personal Shoppers would be glad to phone you. Simply visit our Customer Service Page and send us an E-mail with your name, contact number (including country code) and a convenient time that we may reach you during our hours of operation.

Q: I live in another country. Do you ship orders internationally?TOP OF PAGE A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via E-mail, so it is very important that your E-mail address is current. Please double-check your shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional but it is helpful when there is a problem with delivery.

Q: I live in the U.S., but I'd like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?TOP OF PAGE A: Yes, you can. You'll need to select USPS Express as your shipping method. Make sure you modify the Shipping Address before clicking Submit.

Q: What are my International shipping options?TOP OF PAGE A: All International orders are shipped via USPS Express. This shipping method has $100 in insurance coverage for lost or damaged articles. It also gives us the ability to track the package. This is a fast and reliable service for our customers. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.

Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?TOP OF PAGE A: Your shipping cost will be determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the Shipping Address page, you will see the US Express shipping price for your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Torrid.com cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.

Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or branch office of the U.S. Postal Service, to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.

Q: Why does USPS Express Mail cost more?TOP OF PAGE A: USPS Express is more expensive because it allows your package to be tracked and insured, and there is an increased cost when tracking and insuring packages beyond our borders.

Q: I am currently stationed overseas on a U.S. military base. Can I still order from Torrid.com?TOP OF PAGE A: Yes, you can. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Please select AA or AE from the state drop-down menu as it corresponds to your U.S. military ZIP code. You may also receive a 10% military discount by phoning us. Internationally, please phone us at +1.626.709.1188, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., PST, to place your order with a Torrid Personal Shopper.

Q: How long will it take my International package to arrive?TOP OF PAGE A: International orders take 1-2 days to process and, once shipped, typically arrive within 10-14 business days. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

Q: Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?TOP OF PAGE A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Torrid can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Torrid has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Torrid, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.
